This notice provides the identification details required by Article 10 of Spain's Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI).

1. Site owner

HomeStaged is a trading name. There is no company behind the service; the activity is carried out by the individual named above, registered with the Spanish tax authority as a self-employed professional.

2. What the service is

HomeStaged is an online tool that takes a photo of a room uploaded by the user and, using artificial intelligence, generates a furnished (virtually staged), emptied or restyled version of that room. The service works on demand: each generated image uses one credit. Credits are sold in one-off packs.

Credit packs are sold through Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as merchant of record. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of the credits: it issues your invoice, charges you, collects and remits the applicable indirect taxes (VAT or equivalent) and processes refunds. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms are at https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms. The Site owner provides the image generation service and handles everything that is not payment-related.

3. Conditions of use

Access to the Site is free. Use of the image generation tool is governed by the Terms and conditions, which you accept by using it. You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes or in bad faith, or attempt to interfere with its operation (attacks, bulk scraping, bypassing the free-usage limits, reverse engineering the service).

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, texts, the "HomeStaged" name and other elements created by the owner are protected under Spanish and EU intellectual property law. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without express permission, other than for the personal use the Site is built for.

Photos you upload and the images generated from them are governed by the Terms and conditions. The owner claims no rights over your photos or over the results.

5. No warranty and liability

Images generated by HomeStaged are produced by an AI model. They are illustrative and may contain errors of scale, perspective, lighting or elements that do not exist. They are not a floor plan, a measurement or a promise of how a property will look once furnished. You are responsible for how you use the results and, in particular, for stating that images are virtually staged when you use them in sale or rental listings.

The owner is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, by failures of the technology providers the service relies on (hosting, AI model, payment platform) or by misuse of the Site by third parties, without prejudice to the rights that consumer law grants to consumers.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, Lemon Squeezy during checkout). The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Data protection and cookies

How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy policy. Cookie use is described in the Cookie policy. The Site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies, so it shows no consent banner.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site is submitted to the courts of the owner's domicile, unless you are a consumer, in which case the courts of your domicile are competent. Consumers resident in the European Union also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.

Consumers in Spain may also use the Consumer Arbitration System (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo) or their local consumer information office (OMIC).
