Frequently asked questions
Does the free image have a watermark?
Yes. The first image is free and carries a diagonal “homestaged.app” watermark. Paid images download without a watermark and in high resolution.
What is the “Virtually staged” label?
A small note in the corner of the image stating that the furniture is virtual. Many property portals and MLS rules require this disclosure. It is on by default and you can turn it off before generating.
Can I use the images on Rightmove, Zillow or other portals?
Yes, as long as you follow each portal's rules on edited images. That is why we include the virtual staging label. We recommend publishing the original photo as well.
Do you store my photos?
No. The photo is sent to the model, the result is generated and returned to your browser. We store neither the original nor the result. We only keep your credits and, if you buy, the invoice email.
What if I do not like the result?
Press “Another style” and generate again with a different style or photo. Each generation uses one credit. If a generation fails, nothing is charged.
Do you offer refunds?
If you have not used any credit from the pack, we refund the full amount within 14 days of purchase. Write to guillermojulian.gallegogonzalez@gmail.com with your order number. Details are in the refund policy.
Which formats and sizes are supported?
JPG, PNG and WebP up to 10 MB. iPhone photos (HEIC) are converted automatically when you pick them. The photo is resized to 1536 px on its longest side before upload and the result is delivered in high resolution.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits are yours until you use them. They are tied to this browser; if you switch devices, recover them with your order number and email on the recovery page.
